We accept: Cashier’s checks, cash (do not send cash through the mail), money orders, Paypal, certified checks, Square > (visa, mastercard, discover, amex ) & bank wire transfers. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuating markets.


We ship Domestic and International. UPS with insurance and tracking number and the United States Post Office (USPS), Express Mail or Priority Mail with insurance. We’ll get it there. Nothing is shipped without insurance. (It’s always a good idea when a package leaves your hands). Shipping will be paid by the customer.  We are no longer shipping to Australia (size limits*)


Local Sales Tax of Salida, Co (8.4%).    ( 2.9%) state tax will be charged on all shipments within Colorado .


Customers get a 48 hour approval period on guitars/ basses. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within this approval period to arrange for a refund, minus shipping charges & or Paypal fees. All items sold are in used, or preowned  condition & do not carry any warranty. There will be no returns on amplifiers, effects and instrument parts.


30 day layaway available on most items with a 30% non-refundable deposit required. After 30 days deposit is forfeited



**When purchasing a consignment piece from broken string guitars.There are no hold’s on these items, no trades towards these items as well. only the sale at the time of the purchase. consignment pieces are sold with a 48hour approval period, same as used gear terms.
